Before returning the goods to TANCREDI srl, be sure to read the conditions of sale.
The customer is required to examine the goods received accurately at the time of delivery and to communicate in detail to TANCREDI srl within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, any defects found - or that can be found - as a result of this examination, or to propose any other complaint in relation to the products.
If possible, TANCREDI srl will replace the products, refund the relative price or make use of the assistance of partners selected by the manufacturers for the repair of the same, if, despite correct and diligent use by the customer, defects are found.

How to make a return?
Before sending a return, make sure you receive the return authorization from TANCREDI srl via email!
Write to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order references, the details of the products to be returned and the reason
