A fully functioning radio control unit is required for duplication. The duplication procedure must be carried out in the vicinity of the receiver.

Zen to Zen duplication:
1 - Press buttons 1 and 2 of the working radio control together for 3 seconds.
2 - When the LED lights up steady, release both buttons.
3 - Press keys 1 and 2 of the working remote control together again for 3 seconds.
4 - The LED flashes quickly for 2 seconds.
5 - Within 10 seconds, press the button you wish to memorise on the new remote control.

Duplication from Gol to Zen
1 - Press the hidden button of the working remote control with a pin for 5 seconds.
2 - Press the key you wish to memorise on the new remote control.
3 - Wait 10 seconds and try out the new remote control.
