The SLA range is one of FIAMM's historical products, and is an AGM VRLA battery designed for demanding applications that require the highest levels of reliability and safety.
The range is perfect for applications that demand high reliability and complies with the highest international standards in force. A very thick lead-tin alloy grille allows it to meet long life requirements and the flame retardant ABS plastic conforming to UL94 V0 (LOI greater than 28%) offers the highest levels of safety.
The design utilises proven VRLA technology with an internal recombination efficiency of 99%, is leak-free and maintenance-free; therefore, it needs no topping-up of electrolyte during its lifetime. The SLA range is non-hazardous for transport by air/sea/rail/road and is 100% recyclable.
