The type 12.81 digital astronomical switch is a device that offers two programming modes: 'classic' via joystick or 'smart' via smartphone with NFC technology.
The astro programme with which it is equipped allows the calculation of sunrise and sunset times as a function of date and geographical coordinates, which can be easily set by postcode for most European countries.
It has a night function (programmable on/off times) and an 'offset' function that allows you to anticipate or delay (up to 90′, in 10′ steps) the switching on and off of lights with respect to sunrise and sunset times.
