Only 3 seconds to start the device and 13 hours of continuous operation!
Thermal inspections for your energy audit or industrial, electrical or mechanical maintenance are easily accomplished with the C.A 1950.
- Designed for best grip and ease of use;
- Fixed focus lens with 20° x 20° field of view;
- Voice recording to record notes and comments on the image in real time;
- Connection with current clamps and multimeters: all necessary measurements simultaneously;
- Large 2.8 inch display, display brightness adapting automatically (or in manual mode) to the surroundings;
- Stability: tripod insert located at the bottom.
Building analysis
The Diacam2 C.A 1950 is a powerful tool for analysing buildings, both new and old. The thermal imaging camera allows the detection of problems and irregularities such as:
- thermal bridges
- insulation defects in the building envelope;
- air tightness (infiltration);
- presence of excessive humidity;
- it also makes it possible to detect water leaks or underground pipes.
Industrial maintenance
For electrical maintenance, in order to prevent breakdowns and avoid excessive production interruption costs or additional repair costs, C.A 1950 detects malfunctions in electrical equipment, in particular abnormal overheating:
- Faulty electrical contacts;
- Imbalances;
- Incorrect sizing.
The C.A 1950 is the ideal tool for mechanical maintenance and offers rapid diagnosis through:
- the detection of anomalies or malfunctions of internal components as a prevention of motor overheating;
- checking and inspecting mechanical parts and assemblies to detect wear points, shaft misalignment, lubrication problems, adjustment errors.
The creation of reports is automatic according to various available templates.
Reports can be exported in Word or PDF format for easy editing and archiving.
